ABOUT BAY HOUSE
We have been selling essential oils and all kinds of
aromatherapy products since 1985, but we have deliberately
remained as a small family business. Michael deals with the
quality control and overseeing the smooth running of the
business, Steph does most of the despatching and dealing with
the telephone and e-mail enquiries, Emma is in charge in the
stock room, making sure the bottles and jars are filled
correctly and that you have got everything in your order that
you wanted. Hannah and Viv are the other two members of our
team, getting the orders ready for despatch, doing the filling,
keeping the shop up to scratch, making the labels and helping
with the other jobs. Apart from the quality of our oils, the
most important thing for us is the quality of our service, we
like to provide that friendly personal service which only a
small company can do. Most orders, from anywhere in the world,
are received by our customers within a week of our receiving the
order. And if anything does go wrong with your order, which of
course very occasionally does happen, you know that you will be
able to speak to or e-mail the person who packed and despatched
it.

Many of our customers are in the Far East. We regret we are
unable to take your orders in anything other than English, but
we do have an introductory leaflet to aromatherapy printed in

We have had a shop in Brighton's Kemp Town since 1994 and you
are very welcome to visit us there. The address is:

We are only one street away from the sea and twenty minutes

Our opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, open on
Saturdays only in December. As well as all the products listed
in our catalogue we usually have some products only available to
personal callers at our shop.
